We are currently seeking a full time Resident Engineer to join our team in Cairo for a new project(s). As an experienced Resident Engineer you’ll be responsible for assigned construction project(s) to ensure that project(s) are built in accordance with plans, special provisions, standards and estimates.


Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:

  • Inspects construction site to observe progress and ensure conformance to engineering plans, specifications, regulations, construction and safety standards. Ensure that the architect’s design is delivered by the contractor and is responsible for dealing with any on-site design issues that arise.
  • Review and Approval of shop drawings and material submittals.
  • Administration of contract and its implementation according to agreed timelines.
  • Provides engineering advice to assist in solving problems in collaboration with Supervision Dept. Manager and other relevant engineers like Structural and site engineers.
  • Coordinate with relevant client to solve issues pertaining to client’s requirements and overcome technical and documental flaws.
  • Reviews preliminary plans and specifications of construction contracts.
  • Prepares authorizations for change orders regarding construction revisions.
  • Travel to various sites and run RE’s activities while handling multiple projects on part-time basis.
  • Co-ordinates efficiently with Project Manager / Leads in order to update and align departmental objectives as agreed in the initial phases of designing.
  • Attends meetings, writes MOM, solves design or construction problems, meets with sub consultants / contractors / clients and relevant officials as when required.



  • Bachelor degree of Civil/ Architecture Engineering.
  • Preferably 15+ years of experience in a similar company and activities.
  • Understanding of building regulations and safety issues.
  • Management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multi task, prioritize, plan and achieve.
  • Understanding of technical plans.
  • Ability to read & understand drawings, specs and other related construction documents.
  • Computer proficiency in construction related programs.
  • Detail and results oriented.

We are currently seeking a full time Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Cairo. The ideal Marketing Coordinator will have 1-3 years of experience, preferably in the Architecture / Engineering / Construction industry and a degree in marketing, graphic design or related field.


Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:

  • Develop proposals, qualifications, packages and presentations for potential clients.
  • Draft, edit and arrange various marketing collateral, including proposal content, resumes, project sheets, submittals, brochures, media relations pieces and interview content/PowerPoint to ensure content is comprehensive, competitive and client-specific, as well as in accordance with MIMAR brand standards.
  • Prepare and manage templates.
  • Research clients, market trends and background information.
  • Handle events, public relations efforts, materials for trade shows, advertisements, content for speaking engagements, direct mail campaigns and award submittals.
  • Perform support and/or administrative tasks, as required.



  • Proficiency in the Adobe with InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator is critical. You must also be proficient with Microsoft Office and WordPress platform is preferable.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Multi-tasking and time management skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
